No, you must register online and make payments through our ticket link.
No, you do not have to pre-register; however, ticket prices may vary at the door and no tickets are guaranteed.
Yes, children from 6-12 save $20 for weekend tickets and $10 for one-day tickets. Children 5 and under will be admitted free. All children must be accompanied at all times by an adult (18+) with a paid badge.
There are currently no group discount rates available. If we do well this year, we will think about it for next year!

You are required to have a ticket/badge for all venues except the vendors located outside of the Brooklyn Expo Center.
Exhibitors and Artists (Artist Alley) will have separate badges available through their registration form.
You will be required to pay immediately for the reservation of your ticket. Until the payment is complete and processed, your ticket will not be guaranteed.
Once you have made your payment and it is processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
You must be 13 or older to purchase an adult ticket to Waku Waku +NYC. Children 12 and under must purchase a child membership, which requires an adult (18+) with a paid ticket/badge to accompany them to the event. Waku Waku +NYC assumes no responsibility for unaccompanied minors. We do not provide babysitting services nor give parents free admission to accompany children.
You will be required to obtain your ticket through the option you chose in the order form. You must present your ticket with a valid photo id (driver's license, a state-issued photo ID, passport, or a valid military ID) to the ticket registration table on the date of the event and staff will scan your ticket for a badge.
Onsite registration will be open from 8:30 am on the dates of the event.
Note that these are registration hours and not event hours. You will not be allowed into the event during these times.

No, to pick up a child badge, both the child and the supervising adult must be present. Children under the age of 13 do not need a photo ID, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets. This has been stated in our registration policy. We cannot make exceptions to this rule.
No, transfers are not allowed as stated in our registration policy.
Yes, there are maximum capacities for each venue. We will not guarantee that you will have a spot at any panel, screening, or venue even if you have a badge. It is recommended that you get to a specific event at least 30 minutes ahead of time.
VIP passes are limited and there are only 100 available in number. It is sold on a first-come first-served basis. Buy them through our tickets link before they run out!
